This static site does not itself inspect, export or set a retention period for infrastructure logs.

Message preparation stays in your browser

The Suggestions tool constructs plain text in browser memory. Selecting Generate Message does not submit a network request. The tool does not save your draft to a site database, cookies or local storage.

Selecting Copy Message asks the browser to write the draft to your clipboard. Selecting Download Text creates a file on your device. Clipboard history, downloaded files and browser form restoration may retain information under your device or browser settings; they are not controlled by this site.

If you choose to email

Your email service and the recipient’s email service process the message you send. Correspondence can include your email address, name, message text and technical email headers. Information voluntarily supplied is used to consider and respond to your enquiry, assess corrections and protect correspondence from abuse. Do not send sensitive information or personal details about other visitors.

Correspondence should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, relevant editorial records or applicable legal requirements. No fixed retention period is promised here. This site does not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You may browse without using the message tool or sending an email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, request portability or complain to a relevant supervisory authority.
